‘Good Ol’ Freda’: ‘ Stories In The Beatles’ Secretary
Only one may Understand the band members as well as their Mothers and Wives though Girls have come in contact with the Beatles:
I watched a documentary that was charming called Great Ol’ Freda, that profiles Freda Kelly, the previous secretary of the Fab Four. She was a teenaged fan who’d sneak away to observe the group at the tiny Cavern Club of Liverpool when Kelly started. And while other employees came and went as the guys became international superstars, Freda stayed until their separation with them.
Kelly is notable for her job but because of her classy and sweet demeanor. This movie marks the first time interviews have been given by her, and a telll-all novel has never been composed by her or done anything to capitalize the connection off.
The movie includes tons of rare photos and showcases a few of Kelly’s trendy souvenir (yes, she still owns a lock of George Harrison’s hair). Made with the Beatles’ aid, in addition, it includes several songs.
There was A trailer just released, and you can see it on Apple.com or below:
Kelly is so classy that she won’t talk whether she dated John, Paul Ringo. A enthusiast, she does like speaking about the music and the experiences most of us would give anything to call our own.
Good Friday Freda will screen at a couple of film festivals (in Birmingham, Kansas City, Mo.( and elsewhere) before launching nationwide Sept. 6. For a complete list of screenings, visit www.goodolfreda.com.
